Information we collect:

We collect information of the user or the brand as per required for registration with Customers Demand. This information we collect to create an identity of an account that is created against the member or a brand. It also help us to provide better services to all of our users and to identify complex things like which advertisement you will find most useful or the people who matter most to you online.

Registration Information:

We collect information on a mandatory basis like email address. This email address is used to create an account against a user name provided by the user. The email address is saved in our server which is also shown on the profile page of the member or a brand.
Your information also includes the information you choose to share on Customers Demand, such as when you post a status update, upload a photo, or comment on a friend's story.
It also includes the information you choose to share when you take an action, such as when you add a friend, like a Page or a website.
Your name, profile pictures, cover photos, gender, networks, username and User ID are treated just like information you choose to make public.

Information others share about you:

When people use Customers Demand, they may store and share information about you and others that they have, such as when they upload and manage their invites and contacts.

How we use the information we receive:

We use the information we receive about you in connection with the services and features we provide to you and other users like your friends, our partners, the advertisers that purchase ads on the site, and the developers that build the websites you use.
While you are allowing us to use the information we receive about you, you always own all of your information. Your trust is important to us, which is why we don't share information we receive about you with others unless we have your permission.
We store data for as long as it is necessary to provide products and services to you and others, including those described above for certain categories of data, we may also tell you about specific data retention practices.

Liabilities:

Customers demand has separate privacy settings for Mobile. Phone, Contact address and Email address which can be hidden and this can be done through the account privacy setting. Any information shared by the member or the brand will be visible to other members and brands. Customers Demand is not liable for any damage caused by any of the member or brand to any of the member or a brand.
