Due to diversified services as product requirement we may required with relevant services.

You must do the rightful use of our services. You may only use our services as permitted by your local law. Using any service provided by Customers Demand does not give you ownership of any intellectual property right in our services or content you access.

Regitration: General membership is free forever with authentic email verification. Business registration is free for first year and subject to verification of email address, business details (information requested on the registration page) and an authorized contact person.

Fees and payments: For general member no fees are applicable. For business under current promotion first year fees will be waved. Continuation after the first year of general business account, the business will be charged standard yearly fees. Fees may vary upon types of business accounts. Fees for premium and platinum account will be different that general business account. Other expenses incurred due to online selling and use of other Customers Demand properties may apply and added to yearly fee or a periodic payment method agreed between the client (Business Account Holder) and Customers Demand Pty Ltd. Payment method can be secure Credit Card, Bank Cheque, Draft, CDC or others.

Access to account: Members get immediate access to Customers Demand account and member profile page however; access for business is subject to verification. After verifying the business details provided a confirmation email will be sent to the nominated email address. Activation process may take up to 48 hours weekdays and on the weekend subject to take longer time.

Sharing Information: We collect basic information to provide better services to all of our members and businesses. Providing any additional information depends on the user or businesses if they want to make it available for the viewers. Through the privacy settings member can modify their level of visibility access for the viewer for every individual information. As a global media platform Customers Demand is an open site for everyone to write their opinion, comments and thoughts, Customers Demand is not liable for any information provided by any user or business that may affect others. Receiving any report from one or more user may cause deleting a comment, uploaded file or an advertisement. User will not be authorized to write or provide any abusive, discriminating, or harassing information, language on Customers Demand or on any user or business page. Any illegal activity identified by Customers Demand or a user as a report will be notified to the authority.

Uploading Files and Videos: Customers Demand is a open platform to upload or share any video, picture or files of your own or from third party sources. Customers Demand keeps the right to withdraw any element uploaded that appears to be offensive, abusive, harassing, discriminating and ethically not right to others. Customers Demand is a property of Customers Demand Pty Ltd and keeps the right to deactivate any account, advertisement, picture, poster, connection or any content of the site for unlawful use or any use patent or trademark product, image or icon. No pornographic material, document, files or video can be uploaded and immediate action will be taken.

Selling and Promotions: Every business is liable for their product, description, advertisement, quality control as Customers Demand is not involved or in influence in the selling and promotional process or activities. Selling or promoting of illegal material will be notified to the responsible authority and user will be banned from Customers Demand immediately. Selling and promoting of pornographic materials is subject to limitation of the material, language and visual used.

Claims and Warranties of products and services: Business is liable for any faulty product or product issues and bound to maintain pre-selling commitment and warranties after the transaction is completed.

Following: In Customers Demand anyone can follow anyone to be a part in the competitive market. This may allow another member, business or competitor to view a product, price, picture, news, catalogue, deals, or any kind of information. Registering with Customers Demand with agreeing the terms and condition gives Customers Demand your consent that not at any circumstances Customers Demand will not be liable for any damage of your business and operation.

Advertisement: Due to the current promotion advertisement at the Social Advertisement section and highlight business name scrolling on the front page is free for businesses. Any business can advertise a third party product and services as long they are involved in that particular product or services. By entering an advertisement and agreeing with the terms and conditions of Customers Demand a business takes the responsibility of any damage caused by them to any of the third parties. Cost for advertisement will be attached after the promotion is finished. Advertisement or pornographic material is subject to limited depending on the language and visual used.

Event and Opportunity: A forum post may create on Event and Opportunity by any member or business. This is on a testing phase and under review. Access level will be determined based on the feedback received from the members and businesses. Customers Demand is not liable for any damage or over publicity. Customers and Businesses are requested to contact Customers demand immediately after facing any inconvenience caused by duplicate or copy post of an event or opportunity.

Changes: This is a demo version. All terms & conditions, policies, price and payment method is subject to change in the final version and in addition to new services added. We may change your rights and access level under this terms and conditions without your explicit consent. We will post any terms and conditions changes on the page and if the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice.

Liabilities of our service: Customers Demand is not liable for lost profits, revenues or data, financial losses or indirect, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

Any business account will limit their access and practice following that set standards of Australian Business Regulation, Intellectual Property, ASIC and other regulatory authority. Any business violating these standards will be liable for their actions. Any pornographic material may be withdrawn due to overexpose or violating the code of conduct as Customers Demand may have under age viewer.
